Joselin has seventeen years of experience in the property management and leasing of residential apartment homes. Her expertise in tenant recruitment and lease negotiation is a strong skillset of hers, and she is also known for her networking and relationship building skills. Joselin has a strong track record of matching the right tenant with the right landlord as well.
At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, she is focused on providing real estate services as a Sales Associate, and is therefore looking to utilize her skills, such as being an expert in recruiting and negotiating contracts to successfully match the right people with their dream home.
Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Joselin worked for Picerne Management Corporation in Daytona Beach, Florida as a Property Manager. Her wide variety of duties included, but was not limited to, being responsible for all administration, management and delivery of all public social housing programs, services and properties within Daytona Beach, Florida under the terms and conditions of the management agreement between the Daytona Housing Authority and Picerne.
Joselin states, “I am originally from Venezuela, and am a native Spanish speaker and writer. I came to the United States when I was seventeen to further my education at Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio. My Major was in Business Administration and Management, from 1993 to 1995. If you have moved from another country, another state, or another city to Florida to St. Augustine, Jacksonville, or the Palm Coast it would be a privilege to serve you. I understand what involves moving from one country to another or from one state to another.
