Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty recently celebrated its real estate wonders with a celebration unlike any other, a throwback to the 1980s and the Wonder Years. Think big hair, shoulder pads, neon spandex, preppy style, punk rock and more.

The celebration gave a nod to popular television shows with characters like Kevin Arnold and Winnie Cooper that everyone thought was cool. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ gathering conjured a certain wonderment as they honored and celebrated the team’s remarkable abilities and success.

While the festivities honored serious business, those attending enjoyed a tremendous amount of camaraderie and entertainment. Company leaders celebrated with energetic and insightful style, reaffirming a collective vision for continued success.

The celebration honored the company’s 2017 top producers for their performance, accomplishments and sales success. The Top Company Award Winners include:

Elizabeth Hudgins of the Ponte Vedra office led as Top Producer with $32.6 million in closed sales.

Stefanie Bernstein of the St. Augustine/Murabella offices was named Top Listing Agent with 61 listings. Bernstein also was honored as the company’s Top Transaction Agent with more than 184 transactions and Top Sales Agent with 68 sales units.

The Lisa Barton Team of the Ponte Vedra Beach/Nocatee office was recognized as the Top Producing Team with more than $38 million in closed sales.

Ilona Fischer of the Ponte Vedra office was named Rookie of the Year with more than $3 million in closed sales.

The Ponte Vedra Office, under the leadership of Managing Broker Kevin Waugaman, received the Chairman’s Cup, which recognizes over achievement of budget targets in a number of categories, including client feedback, recruiting, listing sides, closed sides, per person productivity, closed volume and profitability.

Emma joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty with a background as a business owner and in sales. Born and educated in England, Emma moved to the United States in 1999 and spent 10 years living in Central Florida. In 2009, Emma returned to England where she started her own retail and home décor business and also sold her own artwork. Having studied art and design in college in England, this was a natural next step for Emma.

In 2015, Emma returned to the United States and started her own art business, selling her artwork at shows across Florida, as well as being represented by a gallery in St. Augustine. “I love the fun of art shows,” says Emma, “Art is a passion of mine, and I love traveling throughout Florida and meeting new people! This year I’ve been lucky enough to win two awards for my work.”

Although Emma is a new Realtor she is eager to bring her passion for interior design, love of helping people and joy of living in Florida to real estate. When not working, Emma enjoys relaxing by riding her bike and kayaking with her husband and finding new restaurants to try. Emma also enjoys volunteering in her community and worked with the American Cancer Society in 2016 with their Look Good Feel Better program – a program designed to educate women on skin care and wig options while undergoing chemotherapy. More recently, Emma has volunteered with her church, helping families in the community rebuild after Hurricane Irma.
