As a resident of Northeast Florida for several years, Kathy loves the weather, proximity to the ocean, and the friendliness of the people, and is excited to help her clients find the house that they can make their home.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is pleased to welcome Emma Greenhill to the Fleming Island/Orange Park office.

Emma joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty with a background as a business owner and in sales. Born and educated in England, Emma moved to the United States in 1999 and spent 10 years living in Central Florida. In 2009, Emma returned to England where she started her own retail and home décor business and also sold her own artwork. Having studied art and design in college in England, this was a natural next step for Emma.

In 2015, Emma returned to the United States and started her own art business, selling her artwork at shows across Florida, as well as being represented by a gallery in St. Augustine. “I love the fun of art shows,” says Emma, “Art is a passion of mine, and I love traveling throughout Florida and meeting new people! This year I’ve been lucky enough to win two awards for my work.”

Although Emma is a new Realtor she is eager to bring her passion for interior design, love of helping people and joy of living in Florida to real estate. When asked why she joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty as a Realtor, Emma states, “I chose Florida Network Realty as my brokerage because I believe it to be a quality company with high standards. When not working, Emma enjoys relaxing by riding her bike and kayaking with her husband and finding new restaurants to try. Emma also enjoys volunteering in her community and worked with the American Cancer Society in 2016 with their Look Good Feel Better program – a program designed to educate women on skin care and wig options while undergoing chemotherapy. More recently, Emma has volunteered with her church, helping families in the community rebuild after Hurricane Irma.
