Steven was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He began his real estate career with The Villages, the largest Senior Active Living Community in Central Florida, and soon became their top producing Listing Agent. In 1994, he earned his Florida Real Estate Broker’s License and purchased an ERA Real Estate Franchise, which quickly earned its ranking as the #1 ERA Real Estate Office in Ocala, Florida. In 2007, Steven moved to Jacksonville, Florida. He has spent much of the past 11 years, as Vice President & Managing Broker for a local real estate company, in their San Marco/San Jose Office. Steven holds the following professional designations: Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), Real Estate Owned Specialist (REOS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and is an OwnAmerica Investment Certified Professional (OICP). In his spare time, Steven is a foodie, can cook like a gourmet chef and match the perfect wine to the perfect meal. He is also a motorcycle enthusiast and holds a Private Pilot License.
