As the President of Abington Field Services LLC, Brian performed all mortgage field service operations for clients. As an Executive chef in fine dining, he won numerous awards including “Chef of the Year” in 2008 amongst 50+ national candidates. He enjoyed many experiences including the development and training of more restaurant professionals than he can remember and opened several new restaurants for his company.

Now a Realtor, Brian still enjoys cooking, but now cooks for his family and friends, whom he is able to see much more often since deciding to leave the hectic hospitality industry. His favorite accomplishment, though, is raising his three awesome children with his loving wife and spending their free time enjoying all that Northeast Florida has to offer.

                Originally from Ponce, Puerto Rico, Carmen moved to Miami, Florida in 1980 and was a Miami resident for over three decades. Moving to Jacksonville for work-related reasons, Carmen loves living in Northeast Florida, stating, “I love Jacksonville, it’s special that we can experience the four seasons without the snow!”
