Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is pleased to welcome Trisha Crandall to the St. Augustine office with locations in St. Augustine Beach and Murabella at World Golf Village.

Trisha joins Florida Network Realty with nearly two decades of experience as a Realtor. Previously working at Mountain Desert Realty in Monument, Colorado, Trisha has a strong background as a Realtor in working with residential resales, as well as on-site sales of new homes for a custom home builder. When asked why she became a Realtor, Trisha states, “Building long-lasting relationships with my clients and negotiating in their best interest during one of the largest financial decisions of their life is what drives me as a Realtor. Seeing my clients enjoy the end result of finding their home is what makes me love my career as much as I do.”

Growing up in Florida, Trisha graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration; from there, she moved to Colorado where she lived and worked for the past twenty-five years. In 2017 Trisha moved to St. Augustine for its history and charm, but especially its proximity to the water. She arrived last September, one week before Hurricane Irma hit! Trisha and her husband have recently finished a complete renovation to their new home – a condo on the water. When not working, Trisha enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time with her family, friends, and five-year-old golden retriever.

A Jacksonville native, Blake joins Florida Network Realty as an experienced agent with four years of experience working in the local real estate market. With a background in working with expired listings and For Sale by Owner (FSBOs) homes, Blake has both the knowledge and the passion to help his clients buy or sell in a competitive market. A fan of the stunning scenery and natural beauty of Northeast Florida, he seeks to share his love of the area with his clients.

Blake was recently married in October, and they have adopted a fluffy Pomeranian puppy. In addition to this, they have just bought their first home!

Recently graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration in Real Estate, Kaitlyn is excited to begin her career as a Realtor in the St. Augustine office of Florida Network Realty. Born and raised in St. Augustine, Kaitlyn has returned to her home city to begin her career in real estate, and she is eager to help her clients find a house that they can call their home in the city and community that she loves.
