Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is pleased to welcome Randy Hudspeth to the Mandarin/St. Johns office.

Randy joins Florida Network Realty after enjoying successful careers in business and education. He is also a retired U.S. Naval Officer, and the proud father of two sons currently serving on active duty in the Navy and Air Force. After his military retirement, he became the USS Alabama (BB-60) Battleship Memorial Park’s first Director of Development, and successfully lead an $8 million capital campaign to preserve their precious artifacts for future generations. As an educator he focused on at risk high school students, working to help them realize their full potential and achieve their dreams. Additionally, Randy served as a Campus Director at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, overseeing three Jacksonville area campuses.

When asked why he joined Florida Network Realty as a Realtor, Randy states, “I’ve been  interested in real estate for years, and when I decided to obtain my license, I was immediately  drawn to Florida Network Realty. Shane joins Florida Network Realty with twenty years of retail management and business experience – including being the sole proprietor of Shane Alan Art Images, a landscape, and fine art photography business. As an avid traveler, he has visited twenty-seven states, three US territories, and five countries. He has lived in seven of those states, but chose to put down roots in Northeast Florida 13 years ago.

Shane loves the climate, natural beauty, and diversity of Northeast Florida – and he is eager to share that love of this area with his clients. Shane is looking forward to his future interactions with his clients, helping them to hunt for their perfect home in Jacksonville, and sharing the excitement of homeownership with them.
