Jennifer joins Florida Network Realty as an experienced real estate agent – having worked as a Realtor in another local brokerage, and also as a buyer’s agent on a team with Sotheby’s in Boston that produced $100 million in volume in 2018. In addition to her experience in residential real estate, Jennifer has over five years of experience in Finance.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is pleased to welcome Lawrence ‘Larry’ Paretta to the St. Augustine office with locations in St. Augustine Beach and Murabella at World Golf Village.

Larry joins Florida Network Realty as a newly licensed Realtor but with years of experience a college professor at two universities– specializing in Library Services and Instruction. In these roles, Larry was in charge of overseeing and teaching in the library’s information literacy program and enjoyed working with students to help achieve their academic goals.

Larry’s background in education, and the organizational, research, communication, and teaching expertise he gained in these positions, will be invaluable to him as a Realtor. Utilizing these talents, Larry is able to help his clients buy or sell their home, walking them through the real estate process and ensuring that each transaction and each step is understood by his clients.

When not working, Larry enjoys spending time with his family, his wife of ten years Karin, and their two children. Larry is also a coach for his son’s hockey team in Palm Coast. He is a big sports fan as well and enjoys cheering on his favorite hockey and baseball teams.
