Moving with her family from England to Northeast Florida, Maria calls Jacksonville home. Her interest in real estate began in England in 2002 purchasing property for improvement or lease, in 2010 her interest moved overseas after acquiring holiday rental properties in Northern Italy. House ownership and investment is her lifelong passion, and she is excited to help her clients find their own passion, as a Realtor.

Earning a Science degree from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge and managing – together with her partner of twenty years – a Facilities Management Business early in her career has complimented Maria’s Real Estate business skills. Many of her managing and business development expertise – such as being patient, having great customer relation skills and overall being a great communicator and adviser – has transcended into her career in real estate.

Throughout her career, Maria has been known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Having the privilege of working and living in Europe in several countries, including England, Italy, and Romania, has helped her develop a vast cultural knowledge along with different language skills. Maria speaks fluent Italian, Romanian and Spanish, and can have a decent conversation in French – and she will be more than pleased to work with international buyers at Florida Network Realty. Maria loves working with buyers and sellers of all kinds and finds first-time homebuyers and downsizing retirees to be especially enjoyable. In her free time Maria enjoys ballroom dancing, cooking, walking and cycling. Maria and her husband Sal also enjoy spending time with their son, Marcus, and their extended family that lives in the United States, Europe, Canada, and New Zealand. They enjoy travelling as well, especially to Europe for some peace and quiet in the beautiful Dolomites in Northern Italy or the Carpathians in Transylvania, two other places that – together with Florida – they call home.

Ilka Goitia was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 2008 and moved to Mount Dora, Florida and has recently settled down in Jacksonville with her son, who attends Douglas Anderson School of Arts.

Ilka is no stranger to hard work – she has a Masters of Business Administration from Schiller International University, is fluent in Spanish and Greek (and is learning Portuguese), and is a full-time Realtor and single mother to her talented 14-year-old son. In addition to this, Ilka volunteers within her community, through organizations like the North Florida Leadership Alliance.

Mimi is originally from the Maryland suburbs of Washington DC. Her family vacationed regularly in St. Augustine, and she later decided to attend Flagler College, graduating with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. Mimi joins Florida Network Realty with an extensive and successful sales career spanning twenty-five years – having worked for the Bose Corporation as a Sales Manager for a Team handling over $100M in business. In addition to this, Mimi also owned a medical spa in Chicago’s Old Town area for eight years. In these positions, Mimi has developed strong negotiating and people skills.

Although Mimi is just beginning her professional career as a Realtor, real estate has been a hobby and passion for her for many years. Residing in Chicago for the last twenty-four years she has had investment properties in Colorado, Maryland and several in Chicago and St. Augustine. Mimi made her first purchase in St. Augustine at the Beach in 2010. Soon after, she realized how many friends she still had living in St. Augustine and has enjoyed winter down here ever since with a permanent move to the area in 2018.
