Cynthia, her husband Dr. Michael Lupi, and their three sons have lived in Northeast Florida – at least part-time – for fifteen years, before settling down in Ponte Vedra permanently seven years ago. Ponte Vedra’s top ranked schools, highly rated healthcare, beautiful beaches, and friendly residents are only a few of the alluring characteristics that drew Cynthia and her family to Northeast Florida. Cynthia received her Bachelor of Science degree – specializing in Respiratory Therapy – from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. While working in healthcare, Cynthia also held her Georgia real estate license and worked as a residential Realtor in Georgia; currently, Cynthia is licensed as both a Realtor in Florida and in Georgia.

Since childhood, volunteering and community service has been an integral part of Cynthia’s life. Although she has volunteered for many organizations, her passion is advocating for children with disabilities. She, along with her husband, founded a non-profit organization in Southeast Georgia to assist children with autism (ASD) and their family members. Cynthia is currently a Board Member for The Jericho School for Autism. In addition to this, and to help give back to her community, Cynthia also makes a donation to a local non-profit organization designated to helping individuals with disabilities with each house that she sells.
