Lisa joins Florida Network Realty as an experienced agent, having worked for over five years in Northeast Florida. Previously working at another local brokerage, Lisa has a strong background in residential sales, especially in Jacksonville, the Beaches, St. Augustine, and even as far away as the Palm Coast area. But what sets Lisa apart from the others is her heart and special niche for helping people, especially those in difficult circumstances during the time of selling and buying. When asked why she became a Realtor with Florida Network Realty, Lisa states, “Helping people is what I love to do, and there isn’t a greater feeling than helping people buy or sell a home, it’s incredibly rewarding to me. When looking for a brokerage, I was looking for a company where I could grow – and when I found Florida Network Realty I knew it was where I wanted to work. Originally from New Jersey, Lisa and her family moved to Jacksonville over twenty years ago, and she’s lived and worked here ever since. Before moving, the Loiacono’s have been season ticket holders since the inception of the Jacksonville Jaguars, and drove down for every home game! Lisa also owns her own entertainment business, Spectrum Music Entertainment & More, providing DJ services for weddings, parties, etc., She has also been providing music, fun, and recreation at children’s schools and day care centers. Working as a DJ and donating her time for goodwill, she has become the well-known Mrs. Bubbles in the Jacksonville community. For over eight years, Lisa has enjoyed the connections she’s made with families in the Northeast Florida Community.
