Onnalee “Lee” Ricci is a native of the Finger Lakes Region and Canandaigua, N.Y. Currently residing in Palm Coast, FL, Onnalee joins Florida Network Realty as an experienced Realtor, specializing in working with luxury homes, investment properties, foreclosures and commercial real estate. Onnalee is a Certified Relocation Specialist: Designation DSS (Destination Services Specialist), as well as a Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist. She also has a designation in Corporate Inventory Management and is E-Certified.
Onnalee believes there is a home for every buyer and has a contagious excitement for marketing homes; she enjoys team development and management, and relishes assisting others achieve their goals. She has an innate passion for homes and has been buying and selling her personal real estate since she was 28 years old. Tim Ricci is a native of Pittsford, N.Y. and currently resides in Palm Coast Florida. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Tim worked for thirty-five years in the sporting goods industry in the sales, marketing and management capacities. He had owned his own team sports uniform company, where he supplied many colleges, high schools and youth leagues along the Northeast region of the United States.
In 2018, Tim decided to make a career change, and joined his wife, Onnalee, in the real estate industry. Tim has served as her Buyer’s agent and has proven to be a multimillion-dollar producer for the Ricci Group within his first year. With Tim’s passion to sell, he is determined to make a difference in people’s lives. Tim prides himself on his stellar work ethic, self-discipline, reliability, honesty, integrity, loyalty, as well as his negotiation skills will get the job done for his clients.
Jo was born in Neptune, NJ while her father was in the Army stationed at Fort Monmouth and has over 40 years of experience as business professional, working with clients to provide excellent service and customized support in several industries, such as mortgage lending and property management. Jo has lived and worked in Florida for over twenty years and is known within the real estate industry as a dynamic problem solver who provides tremendous customer support.
Jo has a dedicated client focused approach to Real Estate, which yields seamless transitions for her customers.
