Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is pleased to welcome Mike Rolewicz to the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office.

Mike joins Florida Network Realty as an experienced Realtor, and with twenty plus years of experience starting and running a highly successful staffing firm. In 1995 Mike moved to Jacksonville and started On Call Staffing (later renamed Agility Staffing) along with Greg Huntington – one of the original 10 Jacksonville Jaguars signed in late 1994.

Over the twenty-three years of owning Agility Staffing, Mike grew the company to three locations and 1,000s of placed employees – in addition to this, Mike’s company was a three-time Jacksonville Business Journal Fast 50 award winner. Selling the company in February to a Tampa based firm looking to grow their footprint, Mike is eager to translate his skills and expertise as a business owner to a career in real estate.

When asked why he joined the Ponte Vedra office, Mike states, “When looking for a brokerage, I felt that Florida Network Realty was the only company that would give me the opportunity to provide clients the level of service and care that my team and I provided to our staffing clients over the years. I was a ‘professional matchmaker’ at my staffing firm, and helped clients grow by listening to their unique needs and finding them top talent in the market, and helped candidates find their dream career. As a Realtor, my job is to help my clients in much the same way – to find them their dream home so that they can grow and thrive in their community.”

When not working or spending time with his family, you can find Mike on the “Temporary Sanity,” his flats boat, fishing the Intracoastal Waterway for redfish and trout.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is pleased to welcome Megan Tiliakos to the Beaches/Intracoastal West and Southside office.

Megan joins Florida Network Realty with a background in real estate from working at her husband’s local appraisal firm. Working as a bookkeeper for his business gave Megan invaluable insight into the process of appraising and valuing a home, and about the local real estate market of Duval and St. Johns counties.

After seeing the appraisal side of real estate, Megan began to discuss joining the industry as a Realtor, and soon after she obtained her real estate license. When asked why she joined Florida Network Realty as a Realtor, Megan states, “I ultimately chose Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty because of the amazing resources in training that they provide. As a company, they spare no expense to make everything look and feel professional, make sure agents actually know what they’re doing out in the field, and ultimately provide an environment where everyone is willing to help each other.”

Megan moved to Jacksonville in 2008 to attend UNF, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Prior to becoming a Realtor and working at her husband’s appraisal firm, Megan taught developmentally delayed preschool at spring Park elementary for four years. After her son was born, Megan stayed at home with him for eighteen months until she began working as an assistant at the appraisal firm. When not working Megan enjoys running, biking and spending time with her family – her husband, her stepdaughter Zeta, and her son Fisher. They enjoy participating in the numerous community events that Jacksonville has to offer, such as the parades, walks, and festivals all across Northeast Florida.
