Terri LeSuer was, quite literally, born into the military. Born at Jacksonville NAS, and stationed in Texas and California, Terri and her family eventually returned to Jacksonville, at Cecil Field NAS. Terri states, “My father was a fighter pilot, and I have the utmost pride and respect for our military community and I’m proud to have been raised in that environment. The annual air show is my favorite event of all time; I was raised with the Blue Angels.”
Terri’s ties to Northeast Florida, her military upbringing, and her family’s background come together to shape Terri into an agent who is uniquely capable of taking care of her client’s real estate transactions – whether they’re a military family or not. Terri comes from a family of real estate investors and land owners, and she always planned on ending up in the industry. Even though Terri has moved on to becoming a Realtor, she still enjoys fitness and is a coach for gymnastics in her spare time.

Where are you from?
I was born in Dayton, Ohio. I have lived in multiple cities around the world the last 22 years. I have lived in Salt Lake City, Utah Cleveland, Ohio twice, Cincinnati, Ohio and Taipei, Taiwan. I moved to Ponte Vedra Beach 5 years ago and don’t plan on leaving!!!
What brought you to real estate?
Because we have relocated so many times, I love the entire moving process! Lisa Barton was my agent and I mentioned I wanted to get into Real Estate and she hired me!

What is your favorite local restaurant?
Tuptim Thai/ Ponte Vedra Beach. Because I could live on Thai food!
Thing you’re most excited about this year
The future, my son graduates from PVHS in May. Entering into the empty nest phase of life is exciting, sad and full of emotions. I am also celebrating 30 years of marriage with my best friend! It’ll be a great year!!!
