A longtime resident, Sarah has lived and worked in Florida for over a decade – having graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Sarah was an elementary school teacher in Duval County. Sarah’s experience as an educator makes her extremely organized, patient, and compassionate. As with everything that Sarah does, her determination and professionalism will allow her to navigate her clients though buying or selling property in Northeast Florida.

When asked why she became a Realtor with Florida Network Realty, Sarah states, “I grew up having a grandmother and mother in the real estate industry, so you could say real estate is in my blood. In these roles, Julianne showcased her commitment to excellent customer service and her leadership skills – managing staff of 20+ associates, ensuring tasks were appropriately executed by monitoring performance, applying relationship building and team leadership skills to develop a thriving team who met their project timelines.
