A Jacksonville native, Gene joins the Ponte Vedra office with a strong background in business and sales, and with deep connections to the Northeast Florida community. As a Realtor, Gene is eager to assist his clients with one of their largest life-decisions – to find a house to call their own.  Gene is also an Independent Consulting Certified Arborist with Arborist Solutions, LLC. He is eager to utilize his leadership and management skills to help people as a Realtor in the community that he loves.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is pleased to welcome Aletia Phelps to the Fleming Island/Orange Park office.

Aletia Phelps was, quite literally, born into the military. Born to her Navy family at NAS Jacksonville, Aletia spent most of her life on the westside of Jacksonville, attending various elementary and middle schools, before graduating from Ed White High School – where her husband was one of her closest friends. After obtaining a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, Aletia worked with kindergarteners for several years, before moving to South Carolina in 2012. While there, Aletia worked for the Department of Disabilities and Special needs as a case manager, before going back to get her Masters in Special Education.

However, in 2017, Aletia and her husband were homesick and felt like they wanted to put their roots back down in Northeast Florida, and decided to call Eagle Harbor in Fleming Island their forever home. Now, as a Realtor, Aletia is eager to help her clients find a house they can call their home in a community where they can put down their own roots. When asked why she came back to Jacksonville and became a Realtor, Aletia states, “I truly love the community that my family lives in, and everything that it has to offer. As a Realtor, I’m excited to share my little piece of paradise with others who are looking for somewhere to call home.”
