Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is pleased to welcome Heather Livingston Creel to the Metropolitan office with locations in Avondale and San Marco.

A Jacksonville native and graduate of The Bolles School and the University of North Florida, Heather Creel joins Florida Network Realty with a passion for helping others, and a strong background in business, marketing, and with deep connections to the Northeast Florida community. As a Realtor, Heather is eager to assist her clients with one of their largest goals – to find a house to call their own.

Previously a Regional Office Coordinator for the Miller Electric Company, Heather has years of experience managing real estate transactions for regional offices, locating, negotiating and securing regional offices. As the Marketing Director with Miller Electric Company, as well, Heather was responsible for compiling product, market and customer data to forecast accurate sales and profit numbers, as well as planning and executing both traditional and innovative marketing campaigns.

Heather is married to Alan Creel, a Vice President with Miller Electric Company, and they have two sons, Jack and Walker. Heather is a member of the St. Vincent’s Foundation Board and was a volunteer on the 2018 Delicious Destinations committee. She was the 2017 Cowford Ball chair and is involved with numerous Jacksonville charities and her son’s elementary school, Riverside Presbyterian Day School. During their time living in Dallas, Heather was the co-chair of the “Homes for the Holidays” fundraiser in Dallas, Texas and served for multiple years on the executive board of John S. Bradfield Elementary PTA and the Armstrong-Bradfield Preschool Association both located in Highland Park, Texas.

Joseph joins the MuraBella Office as a newly licensed Realtor, but with a strong background in business and sales. As the Owner/Operator of Rainbow Shades, Joseph managed the payroll and staff, worked with vendors, and negotiated leases. In addition to this, Joseph has also worked in politics as a Field Director and Campaign Manager.

When asked why he became a Realtor with Florida Network Realty, Joseph states, “I love people and am an open book.
