Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is pleased to welcome Dawn Poff to the Fleming Island/Orange Park office.

Dawn has lived and worked in Clay County for the past twenty years, having relocated here from Montana after her husband finished his time in the United States Air Force. Although new to real estate, Dawn has a strong background in customer service and sales, including managing a Soma Intimates retail store for years.

Dawn and her husband have two teenage boys who are very active in soccer and band, and Dawn remains very active with her kid’s school activities. In addition to this, Dawn assists in planning various events and activities for her neighborhood. Dawn is also the “mom” of two Goldendoodles who were rescued from G.R.E.A.T. Rescue of Northeast Florida, and Dawn is proud to say that she is now a board member of this amazing rescue.

“Please join me in welcoming Dawn to the Fleming Island office! As a military spouse, and with such a large military presence in Jacksonville, Dawn’s ability to understand the unique wants and needs that military families have is essential, and with her ability to work within their – sometimes tight – timelines will allow her clients to find the house they can call home. I am excited to have Dawn at Florida Network Realty, and I’m confident she’ll succeed in her career here,” shares Linda Benson, Broker/Manager of the Fleming Island/Orange Park office.

For more information, Dawn Poff can be reached by phone at 904.962.2470 or at Dawn.Poff@FloridaNetworkRealty.com and website: DawnPoff.com. The Fleming Island/Orange Park office is located at 3535 Highway 17, Suite 10, Fleming Island, FL 32003.

Haunt Nights features three haunted houses for three times to scare factor. Featuring Northeast Florida’s only 3D haunted house, apocalypse 3D: Clown Takeover. One of the only haunts of its kind in the area, it is so terrifyingly convincing due to high-tech zombie simulations.

3. Jaycees Trail of Terror

Each night the Trail of Terror will have a DJ, food trucks, full bar, face painters, zombie paintball and much much more. The best part is that it is all benefiting local organizations.

2. The Scream Park

Just twenty minutes south of Jacksonville in Green Cove Springs is The Scream Park. Boasting three haunted houses, food vendors, and midway rides, it’s a fun place – but also a scary one. The park suggests parental guidance for those whom scare easily and maybe even those who don’t.

1. A Petrified Forest

I don’t think that one clown was a part of the haunted house… @stalkingkatherine_ @anthony293758 A photo posted by Kyler Wagner (@kylerswagner) on Oct 8, 2016 at 6:33pm PDT

This ghoulish place uses the beloved fairy tales of your past to haunt your present. You’ll definitely have nightmares after attending this attraction. Be sure to check out the laser swamp area as well.
