Mary joins Florida Network Realty with fourteen years of real estate experience, having successfully worked for a local brokerage as a Real Estate Sales Associate. While working there, Mary excelled in negotiating contracts between real estate agents and customers and handling the investigation of city codes, ordinances and other governmental agency matters regarding details specific to each contract and clients’ intent for the properties, including inspections and surveys.

Mary is also the former Director for Catholic Charities – St. Augustine Regional Office, the former Chair for the Long-Term Recovery Organization (LTRO) for Putnam and St. Johns counties. She is also continuing to serve on the Board for the Continuum of Care (CoC) for St. Johns County and continues to be involved with the LTRO.

After spending nearly five years with Catholic Charities-St. Augustine, and nearly thirty years as a paralegal with major law firms in Missouri and Florida, Mary is eager to utilize her leadership and communications skills to help people as a Realtor in the community that she loves so dearly.

In addition to this, Alexis has worked for the past two years within the child welfare system to reunify children with their families and has also worked to prepare them for adoption when reunification was not possible.

A Jacksonville native, Brittany comes to Florida Network Realty with several years of property management experience. Previously working as the Administrator for a Community Association Manager, Brittany has a strong background in working with Homeowners Associations, and residential and business condominiums.

When asked why she became a Realtor, Brittany states, “I wanted to make a change in my career and move from property management into property sales.
