Katerina, previously a Realtor at Prudential in New York comes to BHHSFNR’s St. Augustine office with over a decade of real estate experience, including her time as a Senior Paralegal & Contract Manager. With a background in real estate services and property management, Katerina has experience with contract review, as well and drafting and reviewing negotiated contracts. With these experiences under her belt, Katerina knows she’ll be able to make any home buying or selling process easy for her clients.
When asked what she enjoys most about being a Realtor, Katerina stated, “I like helping people, and since I’m very passionate about real estate, I find it rewarding to do what I enjoy most – connecting people with their dream homes, transforming their homes to make them sell profitably, and helping them to improve their lives.”
Outside of working, Katerina enjoys traveling – especially to ancient and sacred sites – as well as working with new technology and integrating them into her passion for real estate – from the legal side to remodeling. Also a certified Reiki healer, Katerina lives in St. Augustine with her husband – the love of her life – Igor, who is an artist and her daughter, Danielle (19), and son, Evan (13).

Katerina is originally from Russia where she worked in the legal field. Katerina also held her Real Estate License in New York, and here in St. Augustine.
