Josh Raines comes to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty with over fifteen years of experience in accounting and finance in the Healthcare, hospitality and Mortgage industries. Becoming a Realtor has allowed Josh with the opportunity to combine his business experience with his love for sales and customer service. As a results-driven professional, Josh’s strong negotiating skills, leadership, and flexibility when problem-solving is sure to help his clients buy or sell their home in Northeast Florida’s fast-paced real estate market.
Josh states, “I tend to maintain a positive attitude in high stress or changing environments, and I am eager to help my clients through each real estate transaction and make sure their experience is smooth and stress-free.”
When not working, Josh enjoys playing tennis, golf, and lacrosse, and spending time with his wife, son, and daughter – at the beach, live music concerts, and watching his son play baseball. Josh completed his first – and only – Marathon in 2015, the Disney Marathon, and has also helped his daughter organize a team of 11 people to compete in a 55k ultra marathon through the Wolfson Hospital 55 annual fundraiser campaign.
