Casey Johnson has made Ponte Vedra his home for nearly three decades – spending nearly all of his life at the beach. With this local knowledge, Casey is able to help his clients by understanding their needs and wants when looking for their next home, finding the not only the perfect house but the perfect community for them.
Previously working for a building contractor in Ponte Vedra Beach, Casey has years of experience remodeling homes in Atlantic, Neptune, Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beach areas. Having worked in so many older homes at the beach, he has the experience to recognize the potential that updating and remodeling can bring – to customize his client’s homes to their modern day standards and needs. Whether it involves just updating a bathroom or kitchen, to creating a more functional floor plan, Casey’s background allows him to help his clients visualize – and realize – their perfect home.
When asked about what Casey enjoys most about living in Northeast Florida, he enthusiastically states, “I really appreciate the diverse range of activities that our area offers. Living at the beach – there’s an endless amount of recreational activities to be done. From surfing when there are waves, to fishing or diving when it’s calm, and beach volleyball as well!” Casey’s love of travel and the outdoors is evident in all that he does.
