Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is pleased to welcome Kim Romano, Realtor, to the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office. In this role, Kim is responsible for providing best-in-class real estate solutions to buyers and sellers, consistent with the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand.
Prior to joining Florida Network Realty, Kim spent eight years at Jacksonville-based Acosta, where she served as the firm’s senior communications manager, supporting teams charged with driving greater sales and market share for consumer product manufacturers across the U.S. Her vast experience in strategic communications planning, branding, and marketing, are in immediate alignment with the needs of those looking to buy or sell in today’s fast-paced real estate market.
Before joining Acosta, Kim served as an Assignment Manager for First Coast News, where she spent 10 years. In this role, she was entrenched in daily news coverage throughout Northeast Florida. Her tenure with this reputed local news agency afforded Kim the opportunity to become intimately familiar with the unique characteristics of each of the area’s neighborhoods, giving her a ‘leg up’ on the competition as a Realtor. A Jacksonville native, Kim is driven by her passion for the First Coast community and the sincere interest in helping her clients find not only a house but a community where they can put down roots.
When not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, cheering on their 14 and 11-year-old sons, who play competitive soccer and golf, respectively. Together, they also enjoy frequent weekend visits to Walt Disney World, where they are Annual Passholders.
