Kerry joins Florida Network Realty with over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to becoming a Realtor in 2001 and a Broker Associate in 2011, Kerry worked as a Certified Real Estate Paralegal helping buyers and sellers to coordinate and close transactions. When she became a full-time Realtor, Kerry quickly rose through the ranks and became a multi-million dollar producer who consistently ranked in the top quartile of a highly productive real estate office, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff in Libertyville, Illinois.
Being a Realtor, Kerry knows that working in real estate means more than just helping families buy and sell homes; it’s about people and relationships being based on trust, knowledge, and expertise. With her more than twenty years of experience in real state, Kerry’s knowledge and expertise have proven over and over again to be a real benefit to her clients, helping them to negotiate and complete successful transactions. In addition to being a Realtor and Broker Associate, Kerry is also a Florida Notary, is Nocatee and eTown Certified, is Military on The Move Certified, and is a LeadingRE Relocation Specialist.
Kerry has been married thirty-seven years to her husband, Roland, and together they have two children and four beautiful granddaughters. Kerry is deeply committed to her community and believes strongly in giving back and making a difference when and where we all can. She participates in many causes that she’s passionate about, and having chaired and/or participated in many fundraisers she’s helped to raise over half a million dollars combined for her various charities. Among others, Kerry has supported the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, Alzheimer’s Association, a Battered Women’s Shelter, charities for hospital equipment and homeless shelters, and most recently Dream Come True.
