Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is pleased to welcome Christine Booras to the Mandarin/St. Johns office.

Christine was born and raised military in Jacksonville, FL. After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, she went to work in the corporate world as a Human Resources Manager. After over 25 years in the field, she decided it was time for a new endeavor and started her own business in the health and fitness industry.

In October of 2004, Christine became a licensed Realtor and began working with clients on buying and selling residential homes, investment properties, and vacant land. Over the years, she gained valuable experience and additional training, currently holding special designations as an SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), CSP (Certified Staging Professional) and Pet-Friendly Realtor. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Northeast Florida Association of Realtors & Multiple Listing Service, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist.

Christine is a firm believer in discipline and tradition, having trained and competed for over 30 years in martial arts forms and weapons. Honoring tradition and history, she plays the Highland Bagpipes with Jacksonville Pipes & Drums and Jacksonville Fire Rescue Pipes & Drums. Additionally, she participates and competes in traditional archery shooting a recurve bow, longbow and primitive bow. In 2017 she qualified and competed in the National Senior Games in barebow-recurve, taking home gold and setting two national records.

Additionally, Christine is a published author and professional member of the Cat Writers Association (CWA) and Dog Writers Association of America (DWAA). Sharing her love of animals, she has volunteered at Marineland, the Jacksonville Zoological Gardens and enjoys spending time with her beloved canine and feline companions.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty proudly announces that it is acquiring Terry McCue Real Estate, Inc. and all of the company’s related entities. Terry McCue Real Estate and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty will merge to create a new family of companies that will operate under the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty name, effective March 1, 2019.
