Fun on the First Coast is shifting gears from summer to fall. We scoured the Jacksonville events calendars so you didn’t have to. Check out a list of all the fall events happening in our area this season!

Vintage Arts Inc’s Fall Makers Market

Jacksonville’s favorite “makers” are back for their 3rd annual Fall Makers Market. Get a head start on autumn decor and gift-giving season. Back by popular demand are several artists from last year, joined by new and exciting artists as well. Coffee, wine, and bites will be served here.

Wicked Barley’s Pumpkin Festival + Fall Market

One of Jacksonville’s staple brewery’s is inviting you to celebrate all things fall at their 2nd annual Pumpkin Festival + Fall Market. “Hop”pening in the beer garden, guests will be delighted with live music from local bands, special beer releases from the brewery, and an entire market filled with local vendors. Their pumpkin Patch benefits Atlantic Coast High School’s Autism Support Fund, so be sure to stop by.

Fall Family Day in Hemming Park

Grab the kids and enjoy a day of free family fun over in Hemming Park. Some of your favorite food trucks, including Cackylackys and Pita Dream, will be there, along with local vendors, performances, and a pumpkin patch! Possibly the best part of this Family Day is the petting zoo — complete with Buc the miniature horse!

This two-day festival is Florida’s largest annual Oktoberfest, and it’s easy to see why so many people flock to this family-friendly event each year. Held in the heart of North Florida at the Jacksonville Beach Sea Walk Pavilion, this fest has everything — from performances by iconic bands like The Expendables and bratwurst eating competitions to cornhole and a dogtoberfest for your furry friends.

Right Whale Festival

How great is it living in a place so dedicated to preserving our natural habitat as well as the inhabitants! This event honors the yearly return of the endangered North Atlantic right whales to the coasts of NE Florida and Georgia. With about 400 remaining, this festival raises awareness of the threats to right whales and what we can do to help.

This unique live music festival totally takes over the parks and porches of Historic Springfield here in Downtown Jacksonville for an entire afternoon/evening of incredible music, food and fun. In their 6th year now, PorchFest boasts more than twenty performers for attendees to enjoy as they stroll from porch to porch, lawn to lawn.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Announces New Leadership at Ponte Vedra/Nocatee and St. Augustine/Murabella Offices

Holly Hayes and Tracy Glochau Promoted to Branch Managers

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty proudly announces leadership changes at its Ponte Vedra Beach/Nocatee and St. Augustine/MuraBella branch offices. The management team changes are resulting from company growth and market expansion, and designed to support an increase in client and agent service offerings.

Holly Hayes

 

Realtor Holly Hayes is the new branch manager of the Ponte Vedra Beach/Nocatee office. Hayes succeeds Kevin Waugaman, who has been named Vice President of Core Services in the company’s corporate office.

Tracy Glochau

Broker/associate Tracy Glochau is the new branch manager of the St. Augustine and MuraBella offices. Glochau succeeds Ann King, who has been promoted to Vice President of Brokerage in the company’s corporate office.

Hayes and Glochau joined the company’s Assistant Manager Training Program earlier this year and have been working with members of the Leadership Team while managing their real estate business.

Hayes joined the Ponte Vedra Beach office more than 10 years ago and has achieved significant success as a top producing Realtor and relocation agent. She is known for her tireless work ethic and approachable style. Hayes prides herself on honesty, authenticity and a willingness to put others’ needs ahead of her own in every transaction.

Since joining the St. Augustine office more than five years ago, Glochau’s attention to detail and result-oriented approach to business have helped her rank among the top producers. She believes her emphasis on customer service, integrity and loyalty have been the keys to growing her business and earning the respect of her peers. Glochau is a graduate of Flagler College.

Don Cline, Ann King and Kevin Waugaman to Serve in New Roles

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty proudly announces the creation of new leadership positions and management team promotions resulting from company growth and market expansion. Don Cline has been named Vice President of Business Development, Ann King has been promoted to Vice President of Brokerage and Kevin Waugaman has been named Vice President of Core Services. The leadership team promotions, effective Nov. 1, support the company’s increase in client and agent service offerings.

Don Cline

Cline, who currently serves as Assistant General Manager, will continue as Broker/Manager of the Beaches office. In his new role as Vice President of Business Development, Cline will also work closely with Budnick, focusing on the company’s growth including mergers and acquisitions. Cline has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and joined the company in 2002. Known for his upbeat and interactive style, Cline is an outstanding coach and mentor.  Over the years, Realtors that have worked beside him have consistently earned some of the highest productivity numbers in the marketplace.

Ann King

As Vice President of Brokerage, King will focus on coaching the broker management team with an emphasis on increasing productivity and recruiting. King joined the company in 2007 and quickly became a top producing Realtor specializing in luxury homes in St. Augustine and the beaches area. She was appointed Broker/Manager of the St. Augustine office in 2009 and also began managing the Murabella office when it opened in 2016. King is admired for her emphasis on customer service, unique marketing approach, outstanding negotiation skills and support of community and charitable initiatives.

Kevin Waugaman

Currently Managing Broker of the Ponte Vedra Beach/Nocatee office, Waugaman’s new focus as Vice President of Core Services will be on expanding the success of the company’s partner services including mortgage lending, title services, property management and other related services. Waugaman joined the company in 2014 and is respected for creating a culture in which agents are supported with individualized coaching as well as ongoing training and education.    Under his leadership, the Ponte Vedra Beach/Nocatee office has nearly doubled in size, earning many accolades including the 2017 Chairman’s Cup award, which recognizes over achievement of budget targets in numerous categories, including client feedback, recruiting, listing sides, closed sides, per person productivity, closed volume and profitability.
