Previously the Marketing Manager for the second busiest RE/MAX team in Georgia – and the 30th busiest in the U.S., Joe joins Florida Network Realty as a Realtor with a wealth of real estate marketing knowledge. Joe was responsible for all marketing efforts and campaigns for this group, including both digital and conventional marketing, negotiations and publishing.  While working in marketing, Joe has successfully negotiated advertisement and endorsement deals with the New York Yankees, Atlanta Braves, and Michelle Kwan.

Joe is the proud father of three-year-old triplets, and is also a “retired” diving instructor, having held the Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT designation) with the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). He earned the prestigious SSI Platinum Pro 5000 certification in 2012 – which is the completion of over 2500 dives, and considerable contribution to the diving industry. At that time, only 1,100 people had ever achieved/earned this designation in the history of the sport. During his travels and dives, Joe has not only fed sharks by hand, he’s also fed barracuda with his teeth.

Hector is the son of Cuban immigrants who settled in Jacksonville in 1962 and was born and raised in Jacksonville. A graduate of The Bolles School, Hector graduated from The University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics in 1989.

Soon after, Hector moved south to Miami and worked for eight years working on the business side of the music industry – he worked six years for Estefan Enterprises in Miami then for two years with EMI Music Publishing in New York. Returning to Miami, Hector worked for Crowley Liner Services, an international services, transportation, shipping, and logistics company, in outside sales for thirteen years.

Michelle is also a Veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and ran a 41-foot search and rescue vessel compliment of 4 crewmen. She has participated in over 2,000 search and rescue missions as well as law enforcement missions, and her team was also assigned to the Space Shuttle Challenger recovery mission. Michelle received Commandants letter of Commendation for saving a life while off duty, and she served in a joint mission with the Secret Service in Miami, Florida to provide protection for President Ronald Reagan, First Lady Nancy Reagan, and Pope John Paul II during his papal visit.
After serving, Michelle studied at the Hanzehogeschool van Groningen in the Netherlands to receive her degree in Physical Therapy and also speaks Dutch fluently.
