Scott Wiley is an experienced Realtor and a longtime resident of the Beaches community, having moved to the area from High Point, North Carolina in 1953. Previously a Broker Associate with McCue Realty – recently acquired by Florida Network Realty – Scott has both the knowledge and passion to help his clients buy or sell in a competitive market.
Scott is not only a Realtor and Broker Associate, but he also has obtained The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation. “The Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. By earning the SRES® designation, REALTORS® are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions,” states the National Association of Realtors website.
What Scott enjoys most about being a Realtor is working with his clients to ensure that each transaction is both successful and stress-free, and providing the best customer service possible. Scott’s desire to help others continues into his personal life as well – he has a strong background in volunteering and community service. Scott is a Mentor with Mentors Making a Difference with Neptune Beach Elementary School, is a Unit Board Member and Past Chairman of Beaches Boys & Girls Club, and is currently serving on the NEFAR Candidate Screening Committee. In addition to this, in 2012 Scott was elected to the Neptune Beach City Council where he is currently serving his second term. Scott and his wife Becky have been married for fifty years and reside in Neptune Beach.
