Darren is an experienced and successful Realtor who joins Florida Network Realty with fifteen years of experience working in Greenwich, Connecticut, and Northeast Florida markets. As a Broker Associate, Darren was an integral part of each brokerage, achieving membership in both the President’s Club (3 million in sales annually), and Chairman’s Club (7 million in sales annually) during his tenure, with over 40 million in real estate transactions closed during his career.
As a Realtor, Darren has a strong background in residential, luxury, multi-family, and investment property sales. In addition to this, Darren also is the President of BuyLowe, Inc, a bathroom remodeling company located in Atlantic Beach. When asked what he enjoys most about being a Realtor, Darren states, “I love meeting new people and helping others. I am into design and architecture, and genuinely enjoy looking at homes – I think that this helps me as Realtor because it allows me to look past the surface to see gems that might be hidden under a bad coat of paint or dated fixtures.”
Darren is married to Dee, and they have two amazing kids together – Tommy (11) and Lyla (8). When not working, Darren enjoys golfing and the abundant activities available for his family, with the sun, surf, and sand of Northeast Florida’s beaches close behind. Darren is a campaigner for the MDA Foundation, and both him and his wife volunteer at Atlantic Beach Elementary – often running teacher appreciation events, chaperoning field trips, and providing extra hands when needed.

Kathy has lived and worked in Northeast Florida since 1979 and has been a Beaches resident since 1995. As Owner of Organize Me, a local redesign, organization and decluttering company, Kathy specialized in staging and organizing homes for MLS pictures and upcoming moves for her clients, by helping to prepare homes for the real estate market to increase potential buyers’ interest.
Now, Kathy is eager to move full-time into being a Realtor and knows that her background in business and in staging will help her in real estate as she is uniquely able to help sellers prepare homes for sale and assist buyers with a vision for what home can become. When asked why she became a Realtor, Kathy states, “I love being able to help people find the right place to call home! Born and raised in Northeast Florida, Hobie joins Florida Network Realty as a newly licensed Realtor with a passion for helping others, and with a work ethic that will all but guarantee success. In addition to obtaining his real estate license this year, Hobie is also in his final semester at the University of North Florida and has also worked at his family’s dental practice, Sears Dentistry, at the front desk throughout college.
When asked why he decided to become a Realtor, Hobie states, “I love the tight-knit community of Northeast Florida, and knowing that this community is always willing to lend a helping hand. Originally from Michigan, Shonna and Joe met in their high school photography class and have been inseparable ever since. They have been married for fourteen years, moved to Atlantic Beach five years ago with their two children, and have loved putting down roots on Florida’s First Coast.
Prior to becoming Realtors with Florida Network Realty, Shonna managed her household as a stay at home mom, and Joe worked for Trader Joes in Management. In these roles, both Shonna and Joe both excelled at their management, leadership and organizational skills. Now as Realtors, they are eager to work together to help their clients find happiness in a home as they have found with each other and their family.
When not working, Shonna and Joe enjoy cooking, playing games with their family – UNO and Clue are two favorites – and enjoying outdoor activities.
