Kathy joins the Ponte Vedra from another local brokerage, and with over thirty-five years of experience working as a Realtor, and specializing in dealing with relocations, first time home buyers, and luxury homes. As a resident of Northeast Florida for several years, Kathy loves the weather, proximity to the ocean, and the friendliness of the people, and is excited to help her clients find the house that they can make their home.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, over thirty-five years ago, Kathy was also the owner of a local floral design company. When not working, Kathy enjoys painting, singing, and dancing, and she has also been in various musical theater productions and sung in numerous choirs.
