Sarah joins Florida Network Realty with nearly two decades of experience in real estate. Previously the Broker/Owner of Leap Realty in North Carolina, Sarah has extensive experience in new construction homes – especially in Energy Star homes – and she has successfully marketed and sold many homes that have that have qualified for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, as well as homes with the Energy Star qualifications.
When asked why she hung her license with the Ponte Vedra office after moving to Florida three years ago, Sarah states, “The professionalism and integrity of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty and their commitment to their community completely aligns with my own goals and principles as a Realtor. Sarah is an active runner in several Jacksonville running clubs and has two daughters – one attending Bishop Kenny and one studying at the University of Central Florida. When they have downtime, you can find Sarah and her husband paddle boarding throughout the area.
