Katy joins Florida Network Realty as an experienced agent, with over twelve years of working as a Realtor in Nicaragua, and has also lived in Northeast Florida for over a decade. Katy has a strong background in new development and lot sales, and she is eager to expand her reach to the residential real estate market of Northeast Florida.
When asked why she enjoys being a Realtor, Katy states, “I love the whole real estate experience! Being a part of someone’s home ownership journey and seeing the looks of satisfaction and happiness on the faces of new homeowners at the end of their transaction is what drives me as a Realtor.”
Katy has been married for thirteen years and is the mother to two sweet girls. She is also bilingual – fluent in Spanish and English – and loves to travel and meet new people in her spare time. Katy comes from a large family and being able to get together with everyone is her favorite time.
