Tom has a strong and diverse background in real estate, business development, marketing, sales, broadcasting, and over twenty-five years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Before becoming a Realtor, Tom was the Managing Partner of Inventure Track Systems, which develops and manufactures gateway telemetry devices for the rapidly growing IoT market.
Before launching Inventure Track, Tom served as the Managing Director of the consulting firm, Lynrow Associates, LLC. In this position, Tom and his team provided expertise in a range of areas including marketing, sales, market research and more to high-level clients, including Citigroup, TD Waterhouse, and Fidelity Investments, among others. In addition to this, Tom was also the Vice President and part-owner of American Eastern Development Corporation, a Florida development and construction company based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Tom’s real estate background also includes the management and/or ownership of a diverse group of properties including U.S. Post Offices, convenience markets, shopping centers, and numerous rental properties. In addition, Tom has been involved in multiple single-family residence construction and sales.
