This is our second time using your services and Ms. da Silva was our representative for both. We have always enjoyed the professional services of your company. We find your company to be very friendly, focused and supportive of our needs. Your offices are clean and spacious and the support staff presents themselves well and projects a high level of personal professionalism and confidence. Our most recent real estate transaction, which was handled by Ms. Debbie da Silva, was OUTSTANDING (your five-star is rated as “excellent”, but we think Debbie is a step higher, specifically “outstanding”). From her market analysis skills, on-site hands-on property assessment and personable and professional acumen, Ms. da Silva provided the best possible service for us – bar none. We have bought and sold nine homes and no one meets her high standards, friendliness and congenial attitude. She is truly an advocate for her clients, meets her deadlines and exceeds expectations each and every time. She is an articulate and effective communicator and listener, who is genuinely interested in her clients needs and opinions and their emotional well being through-out the stressful buying/selling process. Our home sold in one day. Realizing that type of “one day sale” happens in your business, we think Debbie was largely responsible for the events that led to our “one-day sale”. Debbie’s use of a top-notch photographer certainly had an influence in the interest in our home and, of course, through Debbie’s marketing analysis, the house was price correctly. We also had discussions with Ms. da Silva on how to present the house and myriad other items that helped create the total “buy me” package. Her business approach and professionalism that she displayed while interacting with the buyers agent was noteworthy and also contributed to the final sell of our home. The new home that we purchased has been exactly what we have been looking for at this point in our lives and Debbie, knowing our needs and us personally, was able to find the perfect location and condominium that meets our needs. Both closing dates went off with out a hitch, were handled with dignity, and Debbie kept us informed of the timelines and process through-out. We are happy in our new home and excited for the future thanks largely in part to Debbie da Silva’s efforts. To us that speaks volumes to the type of real estate agent she is, but more importantly, to the kind of person she is; considerate, kind, interested in people, and successful in every way. A true professional in every sense of the word and surely an asset to your company and she should be recognized as such.
