A local of Northeast Florida, Holly joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty as a Realtor who has over a decade of experience as the owner and designer of several successful design companies. Holly began her career in the computer industry designing client-based computer software, but due to her love of furniture and woodworking, Holly established “Design 51 Studio” to focus her attention and talent on cabinetry design and space planning.
With a full understanding of their needs and goals, Holly partnered with her clients on the redesign of their existing homes as well as for review and design modification of architectural drawings for new construction projects.
Holly also worked with other Realtors to help their sellers and prospective buyers envision a home’s fullest potential through a comprehensive redesign of “deficient” spaces. Being able to look beyond the existing structure to see the bones of a house is a skill that Holly has honed over her design career. This expertise enables Holly to provide valuable insight to her clients.
Holly’s designs have garnered awards, both nationally and regionally, including Best of Houzz for “Design” and “Service”, awards from the NEFBA Remodelers Council for “Planning & Design”; “Tile & Stone Details”; “Cabinetry or Specialty Millwork” and “Residential Historic Renovation” and awards from the Wellborn Cabinet Design Competition for “Small Kitchen” and “Medium Kitchen”. In addition to all of this, Holly also holds two U.S. patents for products she has designed, a utility patent for an athletic apparel product and a design patent for furniture molding.
As with design, Holly, as a Realtor, knows that each client is unique with specific needs and desires.
