Jacksonville native Melissa Glisson joins Florida Network Realty with over six years of working in real estate under her belt. Previously a Transaction Coordinator with another local office, Melissa worked with their top agent to handle Chapter 7 bankruptcy short sales, and she also has experience with historic homes and their construction. Now, Melissa plans on taking her real estate career to a new level as a Realtor in the Avondale office of Florida Network Realty.
When asked why she became a Realtor, Melissa states, “I love the constantly changing environment, the rise of new challenges and problem solving that goes with being a Realtor. I joined Florida Network Realty because I believe in the power of having a genuinely good company backing your business. With their support, I know there are no limitations on how successful I can be!”
Outside of work, Melissa loves to practice her photography with a specific interest in portraits. She also loves to take Continuing Education Courses to learn new skills – in fact, Melissa has studied astrophysics at the Florida State College at Jacksonville! In addition, Melissa loves debate, staying educated, and listens to NPR and podcasts constantly. She believes that travel is truly valuable, and has Hawaii on top of her list for places to travel in 2019.
