BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY HOMESERVICES FLORIDA NETWORK REALTY WELCOMES ANNETTE BOENDER

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is pleased to welcome Annette Boender to the Beaches/Intracoastal West and Southside office.

Annette is a true “double threat.” With over five years of experience as a local Realtor, and twenty years of service in the United States Air Force, Annette puts her military and real estate expertise to work helping her clients. In Annette’s twenty years of service, she lived in many different places throughout the United States, and throughout the world – from Alaska to Utah and Massachusetts, and also in Korea, Japan, Qatar and multiple countries in Europe. During her Air Force career, Annette actually obtained her Real Estate license in Florida in 1999 but never utilized it as the Air Force took her away from the area. In 2013, Annette retired and moved to Jacksonville to be near her husband’s family, and in 2014, she re-obtained her License and began working with her mother-in-law, and current BHHS Florida Network Realty agent, Maggie Haynes.

When asked why she became a Realtor with Florida Network Realty, Annette states, “I joined BHHS Florida Network Realty because they believe that people should ‘Have High Expectations’ when it comes to their real estate needs, this has been my goal since I started my career in real estate. I have high expectations of myself and the company I affiliate myself with, and Florida Network Realty sets the standards of excellence with the tools they provide me so that I can pass on that elevated level of service to my customers and clients.”

In addition to her real estate license, Annette has a Masters of Business Administration from Webster University, is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and she has also achieved the nationally recognized Military Relocation Professional Certification. To obtain a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation, agents must have documented performance in the top 10% of their residential markets, and have demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and real estate market.

The National Association of Realtors® (NAR) awards the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification to Realtors who help military personnel, veterans and their families find housing that lets them make the best use of their benefits and serves the unique needs of military life. This certification provides Annette with additional resources to accommodate current and former military service members at any stage of their military careers and it lets home buyers and sellers recognize that Annette knows the ins and outs of military housing benefits and the specific needs service members and veterans have when searching for their new home.

“Annette understands that buying or selling a home is a life-changing experience for her clients, which is why she is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of her clients. She takes great pride in the relationships built, and always works relentlessly on her client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. I am excited for Annette to join our office, and am sure that her career as a Realtor with us will flourish,” shares Don Cline, Vice President of Business Development and Broker/Manager of the Beaches/Intracoastal West and Southside office.

For more information, Annette can be reached by phone at 904.613.4268 or at Annette@AnnetteSellsJax.com and website: AnnetteSellsJax.com. The Beaches/Intracoastal West and Southside office is located at 375-1 Atlantic Boulevard, Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233.
