Sammy joins Florida Network Realty as a Realtor with an extensive background working in leadership roles with the McDonald’s Corporation. He has worked as an Operations Manager and Consultant around the country and has most recently worked as a Field Service Manager throughout Florida. As a Field Service Manager, he was responsible for providing leadership, coaching and strategic direction to assigned Consultants and Franchisees and helped to lead the turnaround of struggling or underperforming locations in the Jacksonville, Tallahassee, and Panama City markets.
As a results-oriented manager, Sammy is highly team driven and is a strategic thinker with excellent implementation skills and is driven to elevate customer satisfaction. In his career as a Realtor, Sammy strives to raise the level of professionalism in real estate in each transaction to ensure that his clients are satisfied with the purchase or sale of their home.
Along with Sammy’s career experience, he is an avid marathon runner, having participated in nine marathons throughout the country and the world. Sammy and his wife Emelia have a daughter who recently received her Master’s Degree at Pennsylvania State University and a son that is currently in law school at the University of Cincinnati.
