Hector is the son of Cuban immigrants who settled in Jacksonville in 1962 and was born and raised in Jacksonville. A graduate of The Bolles School, Hector graduated from The University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics in 1989.
Soon after, Hector moved south to Miami and worked for eight years working on the business side of the music industry – he worked six years for Estefan Enterprises in Miami then for two years with EMI Music Publishing in New York. Returning to Miami, Hector worked for Crowley Liner Services, an international services, transportation, shipping, and logistics company, in outside sales for thirteen years.
Hector recently moved back to Jacksonville, the city he grew up in and calls home, to begin his career as a Realtor with Florida Network Realty. As a Realtor, Hector always stresses truly listening to his clients’ wants and needs and believes that communication and mutual respect is his key to success. Hector is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish fluently, and is eager to help all of his clients navigate the sometimes fast-paced real estate market of Northeast Florida.
