A short conversation with my next door neighbor at the YachtClub bar had me signing up for real estate school the next day on a whim.

I’m too shy for movies.

Orsay, nacho taco, five points tavern, cruisers.
Thing you’re most excited about this year.
Making people’s dreams come true, meeting new people, eating the elephant a bite at the time and traveling.
